We are a people-driven investment group operating in Asia and the U.S. We aspire to partner with companies whose cultures pursue love.

To pursue our vision, we strive to walk alongside entrepreneurs who seek to bless their stakeholders, often beginning with their employees. As our entrepreneurs navigate the tension between pressure for relentless growth and desire for a people-driven culture, we listen and encourage them to lead with convictions and love.

We do not pursue this work alone. We partner closely with our investors who share a deep desire to see entrepreneurs flourish in every aspect of life and to lead their companies with love. To pursue our collective vision, we incubated Asia Companion Fund (ACF), a Singapore-based venture fund investing in Series A, B+ companies whose cultures seek to bless their stakeholders. Our investor community is not only the engine that fuels our work, but also a source of deep joy for us and our entrepreneurs.

In addition to providing investment capital, we provide grant funding to select portfolio companies operating in emerging Southeast Asian markets. Through a partnership with a Korea-based international development agency, we provide grant capital to support high-impact initiatives that our entrepreneurs prioritize to build people-driven culture at their companies.

"Knowing" is our most important work. The ups and downs of our journey toward the first close have helped crystallize what our core work truly is. Yes, our work involves fundraising, investing, and supporting our portfolio companies. But at the most fundamental level, what we prioritize above all else is knowing.
